Insulated shipping containers are an ideal product for use as converted site offices providing its inhabitants with a more comfortable working environment or to transport temperature sensitive products such as dry foods, pharmaceuticals, and non-hazardous chemicals.  Typically they are not the best solution for use as long term dry household goods storage.  Most insulated containers are non-operating refrigerated containers that have completed their service life had their refrigeration equipment removed.
